David C. Cole assists Intended Parents from around the world each year with gestational surrogacy, egg donation, embryo donation, sperm donation, etc. Mr. Cole also represents gestational surrogates and egg donors from Texas matched to Intended Parents, and also works with surrogacy agencies and fertility clinics around the country.

Mr. Cole is a member of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys, a national organization devoted to the ethical and competent representation of parties in adoption and assisted reproduction matters. Mr. Cole was a charter member of the Dallas County Child Death Review Team and previously served on the Governor's Adoption Initiatives Task Force. He is a former board member of the Texas Association for Infant Mental Health and the Dallas Family Connection. Mr. Cole was previously awarded the American Bar Association's Child Advocacy Award.

Mr. Cole previously represented Dallas County Child Protective Services in involuntary termination suits, managing the civil prosecution of every case investigated through the Dallas Children's Advocacy Center, including every child death case in Dallas County.

A recipient of the Dean's Merit Scholarship Award, Mr. Cole graduated from Pepperdine School of Law in May of 1987 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in May of 1984
